  • Where can I park?
    • Condominio Monti is located in Rione Monti, one of the historic centre’s restricted traffic zones (ZTL).

This link gives all the necessary information concerning the ZTL.

One solution that we offer is leaving your car in “New Parking Mediterraneo”, a supervised indoor car park affiliated to the hotel, located in Via Massimo D’azeglio, 12.

The cost for hotel guests is €35.00/24 hrs for a saloon car.

The cost will vary for other types of car/van.

The car-park is located outside the ZTL, so it can be used at any time of day, and is only 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.

Please inform the parking that you are guest of our hotel in order to have this rate applied and bring at the reception the invoice they will hand over you.

If secure parking is not a necessity, it is also possible to park where there are blue lines, being careful of any ZTL restrictions that may be in place.

The streets around the hotel where parking is possible are Via Cavour, Via degli Annibaldi, and Via G. Lanza. It costs around €8.00 per day.
